Do I need a paid Canva Pro account to edit the templates?
Most of our templates are designed to work seamlessly with a free Canva account. If any template utilizes Canva Pro elements, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Can I customize colors, fonts, and images to match my brokerage brand?
Yes! All DIY templates are 100% editable in Canva. You can swap logos, adjust color palettes, edit text, and upload your own headshots or listing photos.
How does the Done-For-You customization process work?
After selecting the "Customized" variant at checkout, you’ll receive a quick onboarding form. Simply upload your headshot, branding guidelines, and contact details, and our team will build and email your customized assets within a few business days.
What is your refund policy on digital products?
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital files and Canva access links, template sales are generally final once delivered. However, if you experience any technical issues or need help with an order, our support team is always here to make it right.
