When users opt in, they can expect to receive text messages regarding appointment bookings, calendar reminders, account onboarding, lead follow-ups, market updates, home buying/selling guides, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
You understand and agree that our Services are designed to help support marketing and appointment workflows (including follow-up communications and AI-assisted responses). You are responsible for how you use any outputs, campaigns, or messaging in your business, and you agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws, advertising rules, and platform policies.
2. Fees and Payment (If Applicable)
If any part of the Services involves fees (for example, a subscription, implementation, or other paid plan), you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges on time according to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout or in your agreement.

2.The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
3.Any defects will be corrected on a specific timeline.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Endless Prospects will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, or inability to use the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
7. SMS Messaging
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 508-333-9393. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
